Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route eighty-four, located in the municipal corporation of Mentor in Lake county, commencing at the intersection of that route with Broadmoor road and extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that route with Chillicothe road, shall be known as the 'Sgt. Mark T. Smykowski Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
