Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 440 - 130th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number seven, running in a northerly and southerly direction from mile marker thirty-two to mile marker twenty-eight in Jefferson county, shall be known as the 'Cpl. James E. Blevins Memorial Highway.'The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
