Effective: April 6, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 578 - 134th General Assembly In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number eighty-three, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and Kennard road and that route and United States route number forty-two, in Medina county, shall be known as the 'Captain 'Smokey' Carl Edward Summers Memorial Highway.'
