Effective: March 23, 2018 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 134 - 132nd General Assembly The northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number sixty-eight between the intersection of that route and Waits road and the intersection of that route and Clements road, in Brown county, shall be known as the 'Army Specialist David Lee Bingamon Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
