Effective: November 2, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 347 - 132nd General Assembly In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number four, running in a southwesterly and northeasterly direction, between the intersection of that route and Barks road west and that route and Gooding road, in Marion county only, shall be known as the 'Army Cpt. Stephen J. Chaney Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
