Effective: July 21, 2022 Latest Legislation: House Bill 291 - 134th General Assembly In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number thirteen between the northern border of the municipal corporation of Bellville to the southern border of the municipal corporation of Mansfield, in Richland county only, shall be known as the 'PFC Steven D.
