Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 455 - 131st General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route two hundred seventy-four, running in an easterly and westerly direction from the intersection of that route and state route three hundred sixty-four to the intersection of that route and county road seventy-one within Auglaize county, shall be known as the 'James F. Dicke, Sr. Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on the highway indicating its name.
