Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Full and accurate records of all proceedings of the commission provided for in section 5545.01 of the Revised Code shall be kept by the county auditor upon the journal of the board of county commissioners. He shall carefully preserve in his office all plans, drawings, profiles, bills of materials, specifications of work, and estimates of costs, in detail and in the aggregate, pertaining to such improvement or construction.
