Effective: October 24, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 366 - 124th General Assembly Whoever violates an access management regulation adopted under section 5552.02 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars for each offense. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
