Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of county commissioners of the county having the greatest population of any of the interested counties participating in the proposed improvement shall keep a full and accurate record of the proceedings. At the conclusion of the proceedings, it shall certify a copy thereof to each county interested, to be placed upon the proper road record of such county.
