Effective: January 1, 1966 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 94 - 106th General Assembly After all questions relating to compensation and damages have been disposed of, the joint board shall decide whether it will proceed with the improvement, and if it decides to proceed therewith, it shall adopt the surveys, plans, profiles, cross sections, estimates, and specifications for the improvement as reported by the county engineer or with such modifications as the joint board and the engineer agree upon.
