Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly As used in sections 5557.02 to 5557.07, inclusive, of the Revised Code, 'road' includes any state or county roads, or the streets of any municipal corporation, or any part of such roads or streets, which forms a continuous road improvement.
