Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The entire compensation, damages, and costs of the improvement, including the expense of engineering and inspection, shall be assessed against the real estate abutting upon an improvement under section 5559.02 of the Revised Code according to the benefits accruing to such real estate.
