Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Before any work is done which may be required in the making of a proposed grade crossing improvement, the board of county commissioners shall, by resolution, require notice of its intention to make such improvement, in accordance with the plans and specifications agreed upon or ordered, to be given to the owner of each piece of property abutting on any road, the grade of which will be changed by the proposed improvement.
