Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In the maintenance and repair of roads, the board of township trustees and any township highway superintendent appointed by it, shall be subject to the general supervision and direction of the county engineer. Such board of township trustees shall follow the direction of the engineer as to methods to be followed in making repairs.
