Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No county engineer, township trustee, or township highway superintendent shall willfully neglect, fail, or refuse to perform the duties of his office. Conviction for such neglect, failure, or refusal shall operate as a removal from office.
