Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All fines collected for violations of sections 5589.02 to 5589.14, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be paid into the county treasury and placed to the credit of the fund for the maintenance and repair of the highways within such county.
