Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No person possessed of the right to a water privilege shall be required to erect or keep in repair a bridge over a millrace or watercourse, excavated or constructed by him across a public road or highway for hydraulic purposes.
