Effective: July 1, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 111 - 118th General Assembly Prosecution under sections 5591.42 and 5591.43 of the Revised Code shall be in the name of the state and be commenced within three months after the offense is committed. Sections 5591.33 to 5591.43 of the Revised Code do not take away from the board of county commissioners a right of action for damages, which it may have against a person for injury done to a bridge.
