Effective: September 4, 1982 Latest Legislation: House Bill 98 - 114th General Assembly The bridge commission of any county or city may provide by resolution for the issuance of bridge revenue refunding bonds of such county or city, payable solely from revenues, for the purpose of refunding any bonds then outstanding which have been issued under Chapter 5593. of the Revised Code, including the payment of any redemption premium thereon and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of redemption of such bonds. The issuance of such bonds, the maturities and other details thereof, the rights of the holders thereof, and the rights, duties, and obligations of the commission in respect to such bonds shall be governed by such chapter insofar as it is applicable.
