Effective: July 23, 1969 Latest Legislation: House Bill 826 - 108th General Assembly Whoever violates section 5593.20 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than fifty dollars for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
