Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In construing and enforcing division (D) of section 5703.99 of the Revised Code, the act, omission, or failure of any officer, agent, or other person acting for or employed by any public utility, company, firm, person, partnership, corporation, or association acting within the scope of his employment shall be the act, omission, or failure of such public utility, company, firm, person, partnership, corporation, or association.
