Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The county engineer shall appoint the necessary draftsmen and fix the salary thereof, subject to the approval of the board of county commissioners.The salaries of the assistants shall be paid out of the county treasury in the same manner as the salaries of other county officers are paid.
