Effective: April 5, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 557 - 118th General Assembly An electing subdivision may discontinue its land reutilization program at any time by repealing the ordinance or resolution enacted under section 5722.02 of the Revised Code, but it shall continue to be governed by the procedures set forth in this chapter concerning the administration and disposition of real property acquired as a part of its land reutilization program until all such lands have been sold or otherwise transferred and the proceeds thereof distributed in compliance with this chapter.
