Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No title of the state to lands acquired under section 5723.08 of the Revised Code is invalid because of any irregularity, informality, or omission of any proceeding under such section, or in any processes of taxation, if such irregularity, informality, or omission does not abrogate the provision for due notice to holders of title, lien, or mortgage to such forfeited lands.
