Effective: January 23, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 105th General Assembly Any reduction in the excise tax on gross receipts paid by a public utility resulting from the exclusion of sales to other public utilities for resale from the determination of gross receipts under sections 5727.32 and 5727.33 of the Revised Code shall be reflected in the rates charged the ultimate consumers in any rate determination affecting such consumers after October 11, 1961.
