Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No person shall exercise or attempt to exercise any powers, privileges, or franchises under articles of incorporation or certificate of authority after the same is canceled, as provided by section 5727.54 of the Revised Code, for failure to make a report or return or to pay any tax or fee.
