Effective: December 21, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 287 - 123rd General Assembly Each electric distribution company required to pay the tax imposed by section 5727.81 of the Revised Code and each natural gas distribution company required to pay the tax imposed by section 5727.811 of the Revised Code shall provide to its customers in this state the statement required by section 4933.33 of the Revised Code.
