Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All revenue derived from the tax levied by sections 5737.01 to 5737.08, inclusive of the Revised Code, shall be distributed by the county auditor and county treasurer to the taxing districts on the general personal duplicate of which such taxes are assessed, in the proportions in which such taxing districts are entitled to share in the revenue accruing from the collection of other taxes charged thereon, and at the times provided by law for the distribution of such other revenue.
