Effective: January 1, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 416 - 126th General Assembly (A) Whenever Chapters 5801. to 5811. of the Revised Code require notice to current or qualified beneficiaries of a trust, the trustee shall also give notice to any other beneficiary who has sent the trustee a request for notice.(B) A person appointed to enforce a trust created for the care of an animal or another noncharitable purpose as provided in section 5804.08 or 5804.09 of the Revised Code has the rights of a current beneficiary under Chapters 5801. to 5811. of the Revised Code.
