Effective: January 1, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 416 - 126th General Assembly A trustee shall take reasonable steps to collect trust property held by third persons. The responsibility of a successor trustee with respect to the administration of the trust by a prior trustee shall be governed by section 5815.24 of the Revised Code.
