Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 432 - 131st General Assembly (A) Sections 5812.01 to 5812.52 of the Revised Code may be cited as the 'uniform principal and income act.'(B) In applying and construing the 'uniform principal and income act,' consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact the 'uniform principal and income act.'
