Effective: July 22, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 448 - 120th General Assembly On and after the interment of the remains of one or more deceased veterans in a veterans plot, the reasonable expenses of the care of the grave shall be annually provided for by the municipal corporation or township in which the remains are buried, and shall be paid annually to the cemetery association in which the remains may be interred, removed, or reinterred.
