Effective: July 22, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 448 - 120th General Assembly Upon the death of an inmate of any home for indigent parents, spouses, or surviving spouses of veterans, the manager of the home may, upon a certificate signed by the attending physician of the home, certify as to the death of the inmate to the board of county commissioners of the county from which the parent, spouse, or surviving spouse was admitted to the home, and the board shall proceed as provided in section 5901.32 of the Revised Code.
