Effective: September 16, 2014 Latest Legislation: House Bill 488 - 130th General Assembly A licensing agency shall apply for approval to the state approving agency at the Ohio department of veterans services as required under 38 U.S.C. 3672(a) to enable an eligible person or veteran to receive education benefits through the United States department of veterans affairs.
