Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a guardian under section 5905.05 of the Revised Code, notice shall be given to the veterans' administration as provided by section 5905.03 of the Revised Code. Notice shall be given to the ward and to other persons, as to whom notice is required, in the manner provided by law.
