Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 5905.01 to 5905.19, inclusive, of the Revised Code relating to surety bonds and the administration of estates of wards shall apply to all 'income' and 'estate,' whether the guardian was appointed under such sections or under any other law of this state.
