Effective: June 30, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the Ohio veterans' homes rental and service fund. Revenue generated from temporary use agreements of a veterans' home, from the sale of meals at a home's dining halls, and from rental, lease, or sharing agreements for the use of facilities, supplies, equipment, utilities, or services provided by a home shall be credited to the fund. The fund shall be used for maintenance costs of the homes and for the purchase of medications, medication services, medical supplies, and medical equipment by the homes.
