Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly The Ohio war orphans and severely disabled veterans' children scholarship donation fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of gifts, bequests, grants, and contributions made to the fund under section 5910.02 of the Revised Code. Investment earnings of the fund shall be deposited into the fund. The fund shall be used to operate the war orphans and severely disabled veterans' children scholarship program and to provide grants under sections 5910.01 to 5910.06 of the Revised Code.
