Effective: December 4, 1973 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 174 - 110th General Assembly The adjutant general has the same power as the director of administrative services to condemn and appropriate land and such land is hereby declared to be a public necessity. Such power shall be exercised in accordance with sections 163.01 to 163.22 of the Revised Code.
