Effective: September 18, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 130 - 122nd General Assembly No person shall enter an encampment of the Ohio organized militia when forbidden to do so, or, having been permitted to enter the encampment, behave in a disorderly manner or shall resist a sentry or guard acting under orders to prevent that entry or disorderly conduct.
