Effective: September 18, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 130 - 122nd General Assembly Any person, commissioned or warranted as an officer in the Ohio national guard, shall hold the commission or warrant during the period of the person's federal recognition. The termination or withdrawal by the department of the army or air force of the federal recognition of any commissioned or warrant officer in the army or air national guard of the United States shall terminate the person's commission or warrant in the Ohio national guard.
