Effective: September 18, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 130 - 122nd General Assembly (A) At any time the moral character, capacity, and general fitness for service of any Ohio national guard officer may be determined by a board of officers, which shall be convened and proceed according to publications of the department of the army or air force and the national guard bureau.(B) A board of officers convened under division (A) of this section is not a public body subject to section 121.22 of the Revised Code.
