Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the national guard service medal fund. The fund shall consist of all amounts received from the purchase of Ohio national guard service medals for eligible national guard service members as authorized by the general assembly. The moneys in the fund shall be used to purchase additional medals. Investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
