Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In any case covered by section 5919.23 of the Revised Code, any person who shall in any way hinder, delay or resist the orders of the commander in chief with respect thereto, or who shall give any aid or comfort to the public enemy, or either injure or destroy or attempt to injure or destroy any of the military property of the state, or any public building, means or facility of transportation, or any public work within the state, with intent to impede the military forces of this state, or to assist the public enemy of the state or the United States, shall, upon conviction, be punished in such manner as a court-martial directs.
