Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The adjutant general shall provide the form and fix the amount of the bonds required of officers of the Ohio national guard, and pass upon the sufficiency of the sureties. If a surety bond is given, the premium therefor shall be paid out of the Ohio national guard maintenance fund. The adjutant general may require a new bond to be give if in his opinion the surety upon any existing bond has become insufficient.
