Effective: January 11, 1977 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 524 - 111th General Assembly The governor may prescribe rules not inconsistent with the provisions of law governing the enlistment, organization, administration, equipment, and maintenance of the Ohio naval militia. A copy of such rules shall be kept available to the public in the office of the adjutant general.
