Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Whenever it is ascertained by the adjutant general or the auditor of state that any officer of the organized militia is unable to properly account for the property or moneys in his possession he shall give immediate notice thereof to the attorney general for action against such officer and his bondsmen, and the attorney general shall bring such action.
