Effective: September 29, 1994 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 172 - 120th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 5923.31 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.(B) Whoever violates section 5923.32 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than three months, or both.(C) Whoever violates section 5923.33 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars.
