Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 490 - 129th General Assembly The Ohio national guard has court-martial jurisdiction over all persons subject to this code. The exercise of jurisdiction by the Ohio national guard over personnel of another element of the organized militia shall be in accordance with regulations prescribed by the adjutant general.
